Kempower’s DC fast-charging solutions have been installed at two new Revel charging stations in New York at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and in San Francisco’s Mission District at 199 Erie Street. The installed charging solutions were delivered from Kempower’s production facilities in Durham, North Carolina.

Comett Plus, the largest transportation company in Tábor, Czech Republic, is making strides toward sustainable urban mobility by electrifying its bus fleet. The company has introduced six IVECO CRW LE and eight Solaris Urbino 12 electric buses to operate across Tábor and on the Tábor-Vlašim and Tábor-Benešov lines.

The Finnish DC fast-charging manufacturer Kempower has supplied Danske Fragtmænd with infrastructure for its first charging station for electric trucks. The site, located at Danske Fragtmænd’s depot in Aalborg, Denmark, currently allows for the charging of up to four trucks at a time and was designed and developed by Kempower’s partner GodEnergi A/S.

Faast Point, a new Finnish charge point operator (CPO), has launched a new fast charging chain in Finland, enabling maximum charging speed for most of the electric cars on the market. The chain's first DC charging station opened at the Jari-Pekka service station in Joroinen in February. The EV charging station chain brings a new offering to EV drivers on the Finnish roads, with illuminated and roof covered charging areas, using Kempower Station Chargers, Kempower’s all-in-one charger, offering the same reliable and user-friendly charging experience, known from the more widely used Kempower Satellites.

The Finnish DC fast-charging manufacturer Kempower has partnered with mobility infrastructure specialist TSG Italia to deliver two new e-bus charging sites in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Local public transport operator SETA’s bus depots in Reggio Emilia and Piacenza have been equipped with enough ultra-fast charging points to cater for more than 50 vehicles in total, which will support the public transport operator’s ongoing transition to electric buses.

In a significant step toward electrifying school bus fleets across North America, Kempower has partnered with the Eastern Townships School Board (ETSB) in Quebec, Canada, and Quebec-based charging solution provider Bornes Quebec to launch an innovative EV charging system. The charging site for school buses, which began operations in 2024, represents a key milestone in ETSB’s journey toward an emission-free future.

Kempower employees had the opportunity to experience the latest EV models during a special EV test drive day organized at the company’s headquarters in Lahti in collaboration with a Finnish car dealership K-Auto. Over 100 test drives were conducted during the day. Kempower's car fleet is 100% electric and consists of 175 electric cars, with an annual mileage of approximately 3.5 million kilometers.
