New shares of Componenta Corporation registered in the Trade Register

As previously announced, Componenta Corporation (“Componenta” or “Company”) has completed the directed share issue as part of the previously agreed USD 8 million share subscription agreement entered into with Global Corporate Finance LLC (“GFC”). In the directed share issue, the Company offered GFC 194,944 new shares of the Company ("Share Issue") for subscription.

A total of 194,944 new shares have been registered in the Trade Register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office today on 8 September 2022. Following the registration of the new shares, the total number of issued shares in Componenta is 9,712,757. Trading with the New Shares is expected to commence on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about 12 September 2022.
