Changes in Netum Group Plc's organisation and Management Team

IT services company Netum Group Oyj is clarifying its organisational structure to meet customer needs even better and to make its operations more efficient. The new structure also supports the achievement of the company's strategic goals. 

As of 1 October 2022, Netum's operations will be divided into services business and product business. Altti Raali will be responsible for the services business in the new organisation, and he will continue as a member of the Management Team. As of 1 October 2022, Mr. Raali has been appointed the CEO of Netum Oy, which is wholly owned by Netum Group Plc. The company's services business comprises management consulting services, digital services, data and integration services, cyber security services and continuity services. 

Going forward, the product business will be responsible for the development and sales of Netum's own products. These products include the electronic message validator Truugo and the IT hardware asset management system Netum DUX. For the time being, Matti Mujunen is in charge of the product business in the Management Team. The head of the product business will be appointed at a later date.  

As a result of the organisational change, the members of Netum Group Plc's Management Team as of 1 October 2022 will be  

• Matti Mujunen, CEO; 
• Altti Raali, Director, Services business 
• Pekka Levänen, Director, Finance;
• Liina Kangas, Director, HR and marketing; 
• Jussi Vasama, Director, Sales; 
• Juha-Pekka Leskinen, Director, Partnerships, and 
• Kimmo Koivisto, Director, IT and security.

Harri Suni, who has been responsible for the cyber security services unit, and who previously served in the Management Team, will transfer to another employer as of 1 October 2022. In the future, Jyri-Pekka Tähtinen will be responsible for cyber security services, and he will report to Altti Raali in his position. Kalle Haviala, Tero Nummijärvi and Olli Savolainen, who previously served in the Management Team, will continue to work for Netum. 

Netum Integrations Oy and Cerion Solutions Oy will merge into Netum Oy approximately on 1 January 2023, and Netum Group will consist of the parent company Netum Group Plc and its 100% owned subsidiaries Netum Oy and Netum Service Channel Oy.
