Nordic Lights Group Corporation (“Nordic Lights” or the “Company”) has yesterday, on 20 April 2023, received a notification from Sponsor Fund IV Ky (“Sponsor”) in accordance with section 10 of Nordic Lights’ articles of association, according to which Sponsor’s direct holding of shares and votes of the Company decreased to 0.00 percent on 20 April 2023.
The change was due to the fact that Sponsor has disposed all its shareholdings in the Company to Montana BidCo Oy in the public tender offer. The completion trades for the public tender offer were carried out yesterday.
