Notification of holdings pursuant to the articles of association of Nordic Lights Group Corporation

 

Nordic Lights Group Corporation (“Nordic Lights” or the “Company”) has yesterday, on 20 April 2023, received a notification in accordance with section 10 of Nordic Lights’ articles of association from Methode Electronics, Inc. (“Methode”), the ultimate controlling entity of Montana BidCo Oy. According to the notification, the shareholding of Montana BidCo Oy in the Company has exceeded the threshold of 90 percent on April 20, 2023, to 19,328,327 shares (92.2 percent).

 

The change was due to the fact that Montana BidCo Oy has completed its public tender offer for the Company's shares. The completion trades for the public tender offer were carried out yesterday.
