HLRE Holding Plc; change negotiations of HLRE Group Ltd and Vesivek Ltd salaried employees

HLRE Group Ltd and Vesivek Ltd have issued a change negotiation initiative on 10th of May 2023. The negotiations concern all employees of HLRE Group Ltd (excluding payroll personnel) and salaried employees of Vesivek Ltd (joint functions, unit management, sales personnel, profile production and workshop repair unit, excluding B2B sales personnel and site installation managers). Further, Oulu/Tornio, Nurmijärvi/Lohja, Kerava/Orimattila units are excluded. The negotiations will start on 17th of May 2023.

In the change negotiations the plans to adapt and rearrange the operations shall be discussed in order to adjust HLRE Group Ltd and Vesivek Ltd to better meet the economic situation and weakened demand.
