NYAB Plc considers re-domiciliation to Sweden and listing at Nasdaq Stockholm

NYAB Plc has previously announced that it is investigating options for the most appropriate trading venues for the company, including as one option a potential dual listing in Stockholm. NYAB Plc hereby announces that these investigations now also entail that NYAB is considering to re-domicile its parent company from Finland to Sweden and a simultaneous listing at Nasdaq Stockholm. A feasibility analysis regarding such potential transaction is ongoing. No decision on re-domiciliation or a transferred or dual listing has yet been made.

NYAB has made the preliminary assessment that a re-domiciliation of the parent company to Sweden would enable better conditions for a listing or dual listing in Stockholm. A listing in Stockholm would likely provide NYAB better access to the capital markets and improve the liquidity of its shares. Also, the majority of NYAB’s business operations are conducted in Sweden and most of its shares are held by shareholders domiciled in Sweden, which further supports the potential parent company and listing transfer to Sweden. NYAB estimates that further information on the potential transfer can be provided during the second half of 2023.
