NEW SHARES OF NORRHYDRO GROUP PLC REGISTERED WITH THE FINNISH TRADE REGISTER

On 8 January 2024, Norrhydro Group Plc (”Norrhydro” or the ”Company”) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company resolved on a directed share issue to the shareholders of Motiomax Oy. The 184,481 new shares issued by the Company have been registered with the Finnish trade register today, on 9 February 2024. The total amount of shares in the Company after the registration of the new shares is 11,086,119.

 

The new shares produce the right to possible dividend and other distribution of assets as well as other shareholder rights in the Company when the new shares have been recorded in the Company’s shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd and recorded in the book-entry accounts of the shareholders on or about 9 February 2024. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the First North Growth Market Finland of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about 9 February 2024.
