NYAB Plc has received a flagging notification from Jukka Juola, according to which the number of NYAB shares and votes held by Andament Oy, a company under his control, has fallen below 10% disclosure threshold on 24 May 2024 as a result of transactions made between the said company and Vivida Holding Oy, a company under its control.
