Listing Prospectus for Pohjolan Voima’s EUR 150 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Available

Pohjolan Voima Oyj (“Pohjolan Voima”) announced its decision to issue senior unsecured notes of EUR 150 million on 29 May 2024 (the “Notes”). The Notes mature on 5 June 2031 and they carry fixed annual interest of 4.75 percent. The issue price of the Notes is 99.936 percent.

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the listing prospectus of the Notes. The prospectus is available in English on Pohjolan Voima’s website at www.pohjolanvoima.fi/en/investors/financing.

Pohjolan Voima has today submitted an application for the Notes to be admitted to trading on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. Trading on the Notes is expected to commence on or about 11 June 2024, under the trading code PVOJ475031.

Danske Bank A/S and OP Corporate Bank plc acted as joint lead managers for the issue of the Notes.
