Netum Group Plc has paid the additional purchase price of Cerion Solutions Oy
On 1 October 2021, Netum Group Plc announced the acquisition of the entire share capital of Cerion Solutions Oy, a specialist in knowledge management and digitalisation, and the terms of the transaction. The terms of the transaction were accompanied by a possible additional purchase price of no more than EUR 1.1 million. The calculation period for the additional purchase price tied to Cerion Solutions Oy’s EBIT target was 1 October 2021–30 June 2022.
Netum Group Plc has verified that the targets have been achieved and has paid the seller an additional purchase price of EUR 1.1 million in cash on 5 September 2022.
The payment of the additional purchase price has no effect on Netum Group Plc's result.
