MB Funds to support the growth and international expansion of Alltime
Entrepreneur Jussi Tuohino established Alltime in 1996 and especially during the recent years the company has grown rapidly. Alltime takes care of the built environment by offering broad maintenance services with focus especially on maintenance of public infrastructure and properties. Alltime has grown into a nationwide operator but at the same time has been able to maintain a strong local presence that is essential in enabling quick and easy point-of-contact for the customers and other key stakeholders. The company is known for its high quality operations and trustworthy client relationships. Today, Alltime has net sales of around 30 m€ and the company employs around 250 professionals of infrastructure and property maintenance.
”Alltime is one of the leading infrastructure and property maintenance providers in Finland that has demonstrated its capabilities by growing strongly in the recent years. Together with his team, entrepreneur Jussi Tuohino has developed a truly caring culture that is evident by high quality service and trustworthy operating model. Alltime’s employees are true professionals in their fields and company has excellent possibilities to continue growth in Finland and to expand to neighboring countries in the future years”, comments Kimmo Vanne, partner of MB Funds.
With the increased resources, Alltime plans to invest in the growth and development in the coming years. Further acquisitions will also be considered.
”It has been an honour for me to guide Alltime to this size but my vision to internationalize Alltime and further increase the growth required a professional partner for us. The most important thing for us was to get the right partner who shares our values and active way of working that has always been part of Alltime’s core. We are convinced that MB Funds is the right partner for us to continue our growth story”, states Jussi Tuohino, entrepreneur and current chairman of the board in Alltime.
The closing of the transaction requires competition authority’s approval, and the target is to complete the acquisition as soon as possible.
