Digital Workforce partners with open source RPA technology company Robocorp
Digital Workforce Services Plc, a leading intelligent automation services company, and open source RPA technology company Robocorp have signed a partnership agreement. Digital Workforce will incorporate Robocorp's Gen2 RPA technology into its multi-technology service offering.

The automated solution will extract data from 12 databases within the county’s old Lifecare- and Mediatri systems, structure it to meet Kela’s requirements, and transfer the processed data either to the Kanta archive or to the county’s new systems. Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen päivystyksessä otettiin helmikuun alussa käyttöön robotiikkaratkaisu, joka tunnistaa monikävijäpotilaat automaattisesti, ja mahdollistaa heidän tehokkaamman ohjaamisensa perusterveydenhuollon hoidon tarpeen arviointiin. Ratkaisulla parannetaan hoidon laatua ja tehostetaan päivystyksen resurssien käyttöä. Päivystyksen kuormituksen hallinta on kriittistä hoidon oikea-aikaisuudelle. Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue hyödyntää kuormituksen hallinnassa ja potilaiden hoidon tukena mallia, jossa päivystyspotilaiden joukosta tunnistetaan monikävijäpotilaat – eli henkilöt, joilla on enemmän kuin viisi päivystyskäyntiä viimeisen vuoden ajalta. Monikävijäpotilaista lähetetään perusterveydenhuoltoon pyyntö jatkokontaktoinnista mahdollisten taustasyiden selvittämiseksi. Manuaalinen tunnistusprosessi on ollut aikaa vievä ja tarkistukset on tehty muun kiireen lomassa aina, kun hoitajilla on ollut siihen mahdollisuus.
