Teknologiat toimitetaan kaupungille pilvipalveluna tarpeiden mukaisesti. Yhteistyön tavoitteena on parantaa Helsingin kaupungin tuottavuutta ja varmistaa moderni, tietoturvallinen ja kustannustehokas toimintamalli, joka vastaa automaatiopalvelujen nopeasti kasvaviin tarpeisiin. Helsingin kaupungin Taloushallintopalveluliikelaitos (Talpa) aloitti yhteistyön Digital Workforcen kanssa vuonna 2017 kehittääkseen sisäisiä ohjelmistorobotiikan kyvykkyyksiään. Projekti toteutetaan 2M-IT:n tarjoamana SaaS-palveluna. ProConsona Lastenvalvoja- asiakastietojärjestelmän neljä kantaa kattavat yli 25 000 henkilötunnusta.
