Digital Workforce Ranked Highest in Current Offering Category Among RPA Services Vendors in New Report by Independent Research Firm

Digital Workforce, a prominent Business Process Automation Services Provider, announced today that Forrester Research, a leading global research and advisory firm, has recognized Digital Workforce as a Strong Performer in The Forrester WaveTM: Robotic Process Automation Services, Q4 2023. Among the select companies invited to participate in the Wave assessment, Digital Workforce was the top-ranked vendor in the Current Offering category.

Vendors were evaluated based on 24 criteria divided into three categories: Current Offering, Strategy, and Market Presence. Digital Workforce emerged as the top-ranked vendor in the Current Offering category. The business is among the providers with the highest rankings possible in the Vision, Innovation, and Pricing Flexibility and Transparency criteria. In the Current Offering category, Digital Workforce tied for the top score in the Software Assets and IP criterion.

Digital Workforce offers a variety of as-a-service options for Business Process Automation, including the recently rebranded Outsmart cloud platform. The report states that the company “excels with its clarity of vision and investments in innovating its portfolio of annuity offerings…. Reference customers commented positively on the company's depth of automation knowledge, ability to provide a complete support wraparound for its program, and low barrier to entry offered through its pricing models.” 

The report notes, "DWF is particularly strong in healthcare; it also has specific capabilities in financial services in the Nordics that it hopes to bring to North America. The company impresses with strong implementation capabilities and innovation in areas such as IA and AI."

Forrester noted in the report that "Over the past three years, it has successfully moved away from being Blue Prismheavy and toward a balanced capability mix between UiPath and Blue Prism. DWF has also rebranded its managed services and run management offerings in its Outsmart cloud platform."
