Dr. Paula Kilpinen appointed as the Managing Director of Henley Business School Finland: A lot of potential for leadership development in Finland

Dr. Paula Kilpinen has been appointed as the Managing Director of Henley Business School Finland, effective from January 1st. She takes over from Annu Matula, who will now serve as a Senior Advisor within the Henley network.

Paula Kilpinen joined Henley a year ago and has been leading the Corporate Development business. Prior to joining Henley, she held several key leadership positions in the Executive Education and Professional Development field. Her award-winning doctoral dissertation in International Business investigated the development of strategic capabilities in a rapidly changing global operating environment. Her most recent publication, titled "Inhimillinen Strategia" (Alma Talent, 2022), focused on strategy and leadership.
