Digital Workforce Secures a Significant Deal for Business Automation Services with a Global Industrial Machinery Manufacturer

Digital Workforce, a leader in business process automation, has entered into a significant 3-year agreement with a renowned Global Industrial Machinery Manufacturer. The value of the contract is estimated at a minimum of €800,000 - €1,200,000 over the contract period. This milestone deal marks the transition of the multinational from an in-house automation operations to an outsourced, full-stack automation service with Digital Workforce.

The manufacturing multinational, with diverse business areas, has a rich history of leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance productivity. With nearly 30 automation implementations across various segments, the company plans to expand its RPA usage further. This expansion includes the potential creation of two independent process automation environments as per the client’s business needs.

Under this new partnership, Digital Workforce will transfer existing automations to its industry-leading Outsmart Business Process Automation platform. This transition will be strengthened by Run Management, a robust SLA-driven maintenance service. Additionally, Digital Workforce will offer comprehensive professional services, including developing new automations and support for the client's Center of Excellence (CoE), the primary contact for new automation ideas and formulating business cases.

The collaboration aims to streamline the client's internal processes, introduce a simplified pricing structure, reduce the total cost of RPA operations, and assume robust ownership of automation solutions. This strategic move is designed to refine the client's business processes, allowing them to concentrate on their core operations.
