Tomi Juhola Appointed as CEO of Inha Works

Tomi Juhola has been appointed as the new CEO of Inha Works. Inha Works Ltd, responsible for the manufacturing and sales of  Buster, Yamarin, and Yamarin Cross boats, is part of the Yamaha Motor Group.

Tomi Juhola has served as Vice President of Operations at Inha Works, overseeing the production and delivery of Buster, Yamarin, and Cross boats. He will start as CEO of Inha Works at the beginning of July 2024.

Tomi Juhola, who will start as CEO of Inha Works at the beginning of July, has been with the company since October 2013 and has served in recent years as Vice President, Operations. At the same time, Jani Hyytiäinen, Director Finance and Administration since 2022, will become will become the new Vice President and CFO. 

Christopher Sjöblom, who has been the CEO since 2021, will move to become the country manager of the Yamaha Motor Scandinavia, responsible for Yamaha Motor Europe N.V.'s operations in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. Sjöblom will succeed Michael van Zomeren, who currently holds the position.

"It is time for me to continue to new opportunities within the Yamaha Motor organization. I have very much enjoyed the time at Inha Works, seeing it´s growth and development and I am confident that Inha Works will enjoy great success with the very capable Mr. Tomi Juhola at the helm,” says Christopher Sjöblom.

Before becoming the CEO of Inha Works, Sjöblom led the Yamaha Motor Scandinavian Marine department for five years. Prior to that, he worked as the sales director for Inha Works.

”First of all, we all at Inha Works have enjoyed the past years with Mr Christopher Sjöblom at the helm. We have taken significant steps forward and have together formed a clear direction for the company. I’m grateful for the Christopher for this. I look forward continuing along the path that we started, and I’m positive about the future of Inha Works and Yamaha Motor, even amid a tad rough sea,” says Tomi Juhola.

Mr. Tomi Juhola, M.Sc. (Tech), brings wide experience across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, consulting, manufacturing, and software development. He entered the marine industry in October 2013, joining the Inha Works team, where he has held various roles in IT, System development, Parts and Accessories, and After Sales. Since January of 2021, Mr. Juhola has served as Vice President of Operations at Inha Works, overseeing the production and delivery of Buster, Yamarin, and Cross boats.
