Accountor divests its outsourcing business to Aspia

Accountor Holding Oy, part of the Accountor Group, is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to sell its fully owned subsidiaries comprising the Accountor Outsourcing business to Aspia, the leading provider of technology-enabled accounting, payroll, tax and advisory services in the Nordics.

This strategic sale marks a significant milestone for Accountor Group in strengthening its position as the leading SME and enterprise business cloud software champion in Finland and the Nordic region. Accountor Group provides its customers a full suite of mission-critical financial management and HR solutions, leveraging deep domain expertise, a differentiated product portfolio, industry-leading GenAI capabilities and highly dedicated employees.

With a longstanding history spanning two decades, Accountor Outsourcing has established itself as a trusted partner to businesses across the Nordics. Aspia sees this acquisition as an opportunity to expand its footprint in the Nordic region and reinforce its leading position in Sweden as a forerunner of technology-enabled  accounting, payroll, advisory, and tax services. Accountor Outsourcing will allow Aspia to offer a comprehensive range of services, leveraging cutting-edge technology and expertise to meet the evolving needs of clients.
