DNA provides Stockmann with next-generation telecommunications and data security services
Stockmann has chosen to partner with DNA for the overhaul of its telecommunications infrastructure. With the partnership, Stockmann is able to adopt DNA’s secure, software-controlled access solution.

Constantly evolving data security requirements and cloudification present companies with the challenge of ensuring the continuity and reliability of their business in a dynamic operating environment. With a comprehensive telecommunications and data security solution, companies can react to changes quickly. The cooperation agreement between DNA and Stockmann includes the provision of a secure and comprehensive solution that enables all department store network functions, from payment terminals to guest WLAN.
DNA was chosen as the supplier for Stockmann’s extensive infrastructure overhaul thanks to its impressive professional services, internationally recognised expertise in software-based networks and history of providing strong retail solutions. Modern telecommunications and data security solutions allow Stockmann to further bolster the security, visibility and steerability of its business. The agreement covers Lindex Group Plc’s Stockmann department stores and webstore in Finland and the Baltic countries.
“We operate in an international environment where modern, reliable, always-available solutions are a prerequisite for successful business operations. With the help of DNA, we are overhauling our data security infrastructure and further improving our data security. We chose DNA because of its ability to offer us a future-proof, secure network as a service solution with wide geographical coverage. Excellent support services are also very important to us”, says Stockmann’s CITO Janne Holli.
“It’s great to work with a company that represents an excellent customer experience and high quality as well as Stockmann does.
Survey: Many consider their smart devices' security sufficient, even though it does not provide adequate protection2.7.2025 08:30:00 EEST | Press release
Finns view cybersecurity as a topic that is increasingly important and universal. However, more individuals leave their smart devices unprotected against security threats, feeling that security solutions are too expensive, according to DNA’s Digital Life 2025 survey. Approximately one-third (35%) of Finns trust that their devices' built-in security is sufficient. This is concerning, as the security of smart devices alone is not comprehensive enough.

Toisen kvartaalin myydyimmän tietokoneen paikan otti Applen MacBook Air 13" M2.
Puhelimen katoamiseen kannattaa varautua jo ennakolta – tee ainakin nämä toimet uudelle puhelimelle27.6.2025 11:54:39 EEST | Tiedote
