Accountor Holding completes divestment of its outsourcing business to Aspia

The divestment of Accountor’s accounting and payroll services business to Aspia, the leading provider of technology-enabled accounting, payroll, tax and advisory services in the Nordic, has now been completed. Close to 1,700 professionals join Aspia, which strengthens its core business and widens the geographical footprints across in the Nordics. This strategic divestment marks a significant milestone for Accountor Group, which becomes a pure-play provider of financial management and HR software.
