Share

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s service location in Oulu is moving in the autumn. As of 10 October, the service location will be available at the address Viestikatu 1.

Exceptional opening hours during the move

The last day of service at the current service location on Isokatu street will be Friday 4 October. Because of the move, the service location will be closed on 7–9 October. If you need to access a physical service location during the move, you can leave documents in the mailbox outside the Viestikatu office as of 7 October.

However, most matters do not require a visit to a Digital and Population Data Services Agency service location and you can handle them through electronic service channels or the telephone service instead. These channels are available as usual, and the change in customer service facilities will not affect their service hours. In matters requiring a visit to a service location, we recommend that you book an appointment. That way, you can avoid queuing.
