Press release, 16th June 2020 On 15 May 2020, Sunborn (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Company") instructed Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) (the "Agent") to initiate a written procedure for the Company's up to EUR 60,000,000 senior secured bonds with ISIN SE0010296632 (the "Bonds") in order to request (the "Requests") that the bondholders agree to vote in favour of certain waivers and amendments of the terms and conditions of the Bonds, as set out in the notice of written procedure (the "Notice of Written Procedure").
