Lotta Kopra and Annika Esono Manninen elected to the Board of St1 Nordic
The Annual General Meeting of St1 Nordic Oy elected Lotta Kopra, MSc (Econ.), and Annika Esono Manninen, MSc in International Management, as new members of the Board on April 22, 2025. Lotta Kopra has most recently worked as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company. Annika Esono Manninen works as the Head of ESG at OP Asset Management.
At the same time, the Annual General Meeting decided to increase the number of Board members to five. The Board of St1 Nordic Oy will continue to include Kati Ihamäki, Vice President, Sustainability at Fiskars, Kim Wiio, CEO of Mininvest Oy, and Mika Anttonen, the principal owner and Chairman of the Board of St1 Nordic Oy.

Energiayhtiö St1 siirtyy yhden brändin strategiaan, jossa kaikki sen vähittäismyyntitoiminnot Pohjoismaissa yhdistetään St1-brändin alle. Yli vuoden valmistelutyön jälkeen yhtiön kaikki noin 630 Shell-brändin alla toimivaa asemaa Suomessa, Ruotsissa ja Norjassa brändätään St1:ksi. Muutoksen myötä yhtenäinen pohjoismainen asemaverkosto tulee kattamaan yhteensä 1250 St1-energia-asemaa. Asemien uudelleenbrändääminen alkaa huhtikuussa ja asemat palvelevat asiakkaita normaalisti myös muutostöiden aikana.

St1 is transitioning to a One Brand strategy, consolidating all its retail operations under the St1 brand across the Nordic countries. After over a year of preparation, St1 will rebrand all its approximately 630 Shell branded sites to St1, marking the beginning of a unified, strong Nordic St1 energy station network consisting of 1,250 energy stations. The rebranding of sites to St1 starts in April and the sites are open and serve customers during the rebranding work.
