EV Assistance Oy as part of the bus manufacturer Yutong's Ultra Long Range challenge

The challenge was to drive as long as possible in a brand new ultra-series T15E bus. The EVMobile Heavy truck followed the bus on the last leg of its journey. No one knew how long the battery would actually last, as temperatures varied between -20 and -10 degrees. Never before has an electric bus been able to achieve such a feat in off-road conditions.

The bus traveled 610 km from Oulu without stopping. At the Helsinki Olympic Stadium, an EV Mobile Heavy truck charged the bus with a 150 kW mobile high-power charger so that the bus could continue to the depot. The Finnish company's participation in the world's largest operator's driving tests has received international attention.

EV Assistance Oy is a Finland based and Finnish-owned company founded in 2023, which is the first in the world to produce mobile fast and high-performance chargers on a large scale.
