Changes in Admicom's organization and leadership model

Admicom renews its leadership model

Admicom Oyj ("Admicom" or "Group") is renewing its leadership model and simplifying its organizational structure. The objective of the change is to enhance operational decision-making and expedite the accelerated growth strategy phase to better serve Admicom's customers.

Changes in Group Leadership Team

From March 19 ,2025 onwards, Admicom's Leadership Team consists of seven members instead of the previous nine. The Group's new Leadership Team responsibilities are as follows:

Simo Leisti, Chief Executive Officer, CEO
Satu Helamo, Chief Financial Officer, CFO
Helena Marjokorpi, Chief Human Resources Officer, CHRO
Pekka Pulkkinen, Chief Growth Officer, CGO
Thomas Raehalme, Chief Technology Officer, CTO
Teemu Uusitalo, Chief Product Officer, CPO

In addition, a Chief Strategy Officer will be hired as a member of the Leadership Team.

As a result of the change, the current business units will be merged into the Product, Technology and Growth units to be formed. Mikko Järvi, Jari Kangassalo and Anna-Maija Ijäs, who previously served as Business Unit Directors, will move to new positions that are important for the execution of the strategy.

Mikko Järvi will focus on international expansion together with Teet Parts, Director of Admicom's Estonian subsidiary Bauhub.

Jari Kangassalo will take over Admicom's Global Growth Operations and Enablement role and report to Pekka Pulkkinen, Chief Growth Officer.

Anna-Maija Ijäs will move to the Product Unit in the role of Senior Product Principal and report to Chief Product Officer Teemu Uusitalo in the future.

Changes in the organizational structure

Admicom will simplify its organization to be more customer-centric to better serve the needs of its customers.

Together with employee representatives, change negotiations in accordance with the Act on Co-operation within Undertakings will be initiated. The change negotiations do not target personnel reductions.
